Job Description

We are currently looking for a Management Consultant who enjoys problem-solving and has an interest in helping organizations to operate better. As a Management Consultant, you will help our clients in leveraging technologies and transforming products and processes to address ever-increasing market requirements.

You’ll be concerned primarily with the strategy, structure, management, and operations of a company. Your role is to identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change, as well as advise on additional resources to implement solutions.

The focus of your role will be enabling our clients throughout their enterprise (transformation) journey, in order to achieve their objectives (e.g.: optimize their business processes, improve their operations, and drive performance improvement). You help organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance. Using your business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help an organization to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

You identify problems in organizations and then develop plans of action aimed at improving productivity and growing profits.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Working as a Management Consultant, you’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including:
• Assessing client’s maturity and data collection to understand how the organization works
• Helping clients to define their strategy
• Advising and guiding management
• Implementing a new operating model which supports innovation and acceleration
• Defining management and operational reports
• Facilitate workshops
• Prepare business proposals and presentations
• Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to clients
• Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
• Manage projects and programs, and liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

Preferred Education/ Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent by experience in the management area
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (or French)
