Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect (EA) to build and mature our EAaaS model and to implement it in the strategic initiatives and operational processes of our customers’ organizations.

The Enterprise Architect contributes to defining and/or reviewing our standard and reusable EA products/assets which we offer as part of our EAaaS model to our customers, these products/assets are built based upon industry best practices, market demands, experience, and pragmatism.

As an Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for interfacing with all levels of leadership to help define and fine-tune enterprise goals and assist in designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and producing plans and EA modernization roadmaps that reflect client goals and objectives.

EA will support strategic projects, and guide long-term technology innovation changes and enabling strategy work.

Additionally, you will assist in evaluating new initiatives from the enterprise risk and impact analysis perspective and the solutions proposed/introduced to the platforms/applications. Also assessing the existing portfolio of applications and technologies as part of a continuous cycle of evaluation and rationalization.

To be successful as an Enterprise Architect, you have a passion for strategy and business execution, excellent analytical and technical skills, and be familiar with portfolio, program, and project management practices.

You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as we are the trusted partners at senior management levels (CxO) as well as program management levels.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business strategies, internal/departmental processes, and IT development processes, and suggesting improvements.
  • Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
  • Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
  • Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Organizing training to improve employees’ knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
  • Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  • Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization’s goals.
  • Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
  • Serves as Enterprise Architect for defining enterprise portfolio roadmaps that meet specific business needs.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, organize and set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Assist in Architecture Review Board processes, including monitoring the pipeline of requests and scheduling reviews
  • Proven strong analytical and communication skills and able to work effectively within all areas of the organization under minimal supervision.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in the field of Architecture (Business or Information or Application etc)
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and related disciplines: business, application, information, etc. architecture
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.), methods, and tools.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills (PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks
  • Knowledge about the principal integration architectural styles and practices like EAI, SOA, APIs, etc.
  • Excellent Dutch and French communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and motivational skills.
  • Experience in modeling (ArchiMate, BPMN, UML, etc.) and graphic representations.
  • Able to guide key stakeholders in their strategic roadmaps and blueprints.
